Wireless granary temperature measurement node with function of low voltage detection

Abstract:

This design has realized a new granary temperature wireless measurement node by hardware and software. On the hardware side, the node is composed of MCU, power supply, wireless RF module, combined buttons, watchdog and sensors in the temperature measurement cables. On the software side, design has realized real-time detection temperature and power supply voltage, build sensor topology, wireless reporting and abnormal alarming. Its acquisition accuracy is 0.625 degrees Celsius, meets the requirements. Design reduces power consumption by frequent acquisition temperature and periodically reporting, ensures the communication stability by clock synchronization and communication back-off principle. Proved by practice, it has a certain practical value for monitoring the grain situation.
